Scene 2 of Erkenci Kuş began precisely where scene 1 finished. Sanem gets captured by Can in his front room. Because of her smell Can recollects that it is a similar smell of the young lady that he kissed at the gathering, 'that smell, it's a similar smell'. So Can has sorted it out that Sanem is the young lady that he kissed at the organization party anyway Sanem doesn't realize that. 

Can was sensible and continued needing to know how Sanem got in his home that late around evening time and what was her explanation. Being stuck in such a humiliating and abnormal circumstance Sanem didn't need Can to discover the genuine motivation behind why she was at his home so she lied. Furthermore, this was not a white/little untruth… .this was a major falsehood that we will likely observe carry on for a few scenes. I mean she clearly didn't understand its results however she needs to prop up with this untruth so she would not get captured. What was the untruth she told? Well she revealed to Can that she overlooked something significant in Emre's coat. In scene 1 she saw Emre put something in the pocket of his coat and coincidentally she spilled espresso everywhere on his coat. Sanem disclosed to Can that she took Emre's coat to the drycleaners and overlooked something in his pocket as she didn't have her handbag. Can was amazed that Emre would permit her to go in the house without educating him. Additionally he was extremely inquisitive to recognize what it is that she overlooked. Clearly Sanem had no clue about what Emre put in the pocket. To both of their unexpected it was a wedding band (and no ring, it's an exceptionally delightful antique ring which costs a fortune). So Can inquires as to whether it's her wedding band and she lied and said yes and she reveals to him she as of late got ready for marriage. We can see a smidgen of disarray and a touch of disappointment all over. Sanem runs as fast as possible to try not to be addressed by Can he pursues her and she falls and wounded her knee.
